CHLAMYDIA

1. Can be the cause of urethritis, cervicitis, PID, epididymitis.
    
2. Presents with S&S of  UTI.
    
3. DX made by cultures.
    
4. Pt is treated "pending culture results" with Azithromycin 1 gm PO x 1 dose. Partner must be tested.
